Ashmoor Home was founded on a simple idea: premium home care should feel effortless. After 16 years living, working and building businesses in London, our founder, Neil Potts, relocated to Los Angeles and quickly noticed a gap in the market. Too often, cleaning services were outdated, unreliable, or lacked the polish and consistency expected by modern homeowners. So he built something different.
Ashmoor Home is the result, a tech-forward, service-led company designed for today’s lifestyle. We offer everything from deep cleaning and Airbnb turnovers to developer cleans and recurring maintenance, always with discretion, reliability, and care.

From London to Los Angeles
Neil began his career as a property manager in London’s prime residential market, overseeing some of the city’s most exclusive homes. That experience taught him what high-end clients truly value: trust, professionalism, and consistency. He later founded a successful London cleaning business and spent the next decade building companies and advising other founders.
When he moved to LA, he brought those same standards with him and created Ashmoor Home to deliver a higher level of home service: less friction, better communication, modern tools, and people you can trust.
